Photon plus website sonfused on unbilled usage

Any ideas on how to resolve

It is the term you use when you have some clue about what you are doing.
Tata developers have absolutely no clue on what is displayed there.
I think the sole developer who created the web page has left the company and the rest are still trying to figure out what he has coded.
Otherwise, how can you explain this list of SMSes sent that is generated from their site:

I am not sure I get the mistake in the messages, except that the same message has been sent 10 times.

Also, now it is worse, they are not showing the session by session details, rather just in the form of

Which would be OK, except that I have a plan with different free usage for night and for day
 
I just happen to check again after one year.
Photon usage page has the same sms repeated x times.
They still have not fixed this.
Dear Ratan Tata, how many decades you might take to fix this?
