Reliance Internet Leased Line for Sub-Brokers !!!

Reliance Internet Leased Line _ A dedicated connections for sub-brokers. Just wanted to now the charges for 512 Kbps Internet Leased Line from reliance. I had a contact with Reliance person he has told me Installation charges : Rs.3000/-and Monthly Ussage charges Rs.3084/- Uptime and Downtime is same 512 kbps. 99.5% SLA.Full Time Connectivity.If anyone know more about this please inform me ASAP. I want to know is this type of Leased Line Internet Connections reliable.
