I once had a B-Max850 1Mbps connection, but downgraded to B-Max400 256kbps when there were frequent disconnections and also for introducing fair usage policy which was not told/mentioned while taking the connection. In B-Max400 256kbps pack I never got the 32KBps(256kbps) speed, the max you can get is 27KBps(216kbps). But recently or to say for the past 2 days the speeds have come down as low as 12 KBps(96kbps). I tried and tried contacting the call center (040 66272727) but none answered. Hope this is what we get for opting BEAM.
