According to their schemes, wat do they mean my on-net, off-net??is it local and national respectively??thx in advance.:cool2:
 
AFAIK,On-Net = Within the network. For eg: Uninor to Uninor calls/sms.Off-Net = Outside the network. For eg: Uninor to Airtel (and others) calls/sms.
