Usual problem in first week of the month. Download NetworX from Software for Enterprises, Intranets and the Internet and keep track of your usage for a single system( computer desktop or laptop) Night usage readings (if free) can be disabled.

Did you get Password in the email address you had given ?
Then use the ID you selected and the password. in same selfcare portal.

Did you got your ID and password ? Use it and log in to the portal. If you are still to receive ID and password, contact customer care (worked for a few members) and ask them for it.

Its more than 3 weeks after registering and yet to receive any mail from them. Customer care people saying dont know anything about it. Exchange people saying what is 14 digit portal id. To hell with bsnl and this ndc site. 😡:wall::wall:

Contact BB section and say you want to change your( USERID) Password.
and ask in which web site to do this and the portalId/PW.

Confirm your Id is (two characters)+ (STDcode)+telephone No
Example ab2022334455 @ bsnl in

You may be redirected to selfcare portal.

1.
Download NetworX application from Software for Enterprises, Intranets and the Internet
and keep track of your usage from today for a Single system.

2. You have to register at CRM if your town is listed with your OWNID. Password will be sent by email to you.
If not accepted see below.
3. Did the Exchange provide you a 14 digit usageportalID in this format
abc12312032011@bsnl.in ? PW password
if so try here BSNL Portal
you may get the menu or will be redirected to Selfcare portal.

dear frd registration mistake in selfcare. so that error shown .

dear friend this selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal is java supported web and this is created by TCS(TATA) in contract system. BSNL can't do anything for it. bcos bsnl is goverment company. no chance to improvment

If your Exchange gave you a 14 digit usager portal ID and PW as password try here. BSNL Portal
format usually three letters + 3numbers+ ddmmyyyy ( your broadband connection date ) say EXAMPLE abc12312092010

You may be redirected to any selfcare portal.
REGISTER with your own chosen ID ( say satyaji123)
and wait for PW in email address provided by you.
Then you can access the self care portal.


In the meantime download application NetworX or Shaplus
and keep track of your usage on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.
( use for a single system )Install one more in system( laptop etc) if in use.
