Iqara Smtp Server

hello all

does iqara provide SMTP server? if yes what is it?
my friend just moved from vsnl to iqara.

now he cant send mails with id xyz@vsnl.net
using smtp.vsnl.net. but he wants to keep vsnl.net id
as he has given it to hundreds of ppl.

so pls let me know if iqara has smtp server
