I recently applied for a plan change to home combo 1100..my current plan is home 500..i applied this at the start of the month..bsnl official told me that my plan will be changed may 1st at 00.01hrs..how do i get to know officially my plan has changed..?

Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, check the effective date and status as provisioned. " Provisioned " means plan change effective. Hope this helped. If in doubt, feel free to ask.

Which portal do you use ? To log in at data.bsnl.in, you need a 14 digit Portal ID.
