I have a problem with my BSNL UL900 plan. I have just changed from Home 1800 to UL 900 and the problem is that the connection disconnects after a few hours ( while I'm away) and when I check the "show all the connections" along with the BSNL connection many other unusual sounding connections are also created. Though these connections aren't created everytime my connection is disconnected. What could be the problem??? and how should I fix it?? Thanks in advance

one of the "other connections" that ure mentioning shud be the LAN.....rest assured there are good ppl out here to help you and u're in the rite place! as for the disconnections.........trust me Im the expert on that 😛 as mine gets DC'ed around 9 to 10 hrs in a 24-hr cycle (anyone out there to match that!!!! B) )c'mon frnds........help him out!!! 🙂

* pls donot post the same problem at different threads . wait ... someone will try to guide you !

Its standard disconnection cycle by BSNL. Connection gets dced commonly after 5400 minutes of use here at my side.

try switching between USB and ethernet to confirm if it is from the server side

i too have experienced this not with UL900+ but with the current connection (HOME500)i had kept for downloading and when i was back the modem was looking for a link. am not sure if its the same in your case.. 🙄

This does not appear to be a general problem. I don't get disconnected eventhough the usage is broken in 5400 min fractions.

The record above shows that I was online from 9:47:34 till 18:19:52 continuously. There was no disconnection, only the records are broken in 5400 min fractions.
