i called them up yesterday regarding the same thing. They said they have sent the list to the server room ( !!! ) and so it could be updated already but when i told them its not reflecting yet in the service records, they asked me to check with the helpdesk ( another number to contact them at .. hmm ). And the poor helpdesk lady said that all engineers had left for the day and hence she dint know the status.
i cant check the status on the net now since i use a mac and the site doesnt work on firefox or safari. bsnl is still living in the previous century.
