Hello Friends,I was surfing website for leading Broadband Providers in India. I have found intresting thing. All leading providers are offering Broadband with Static IP on demand facility for around Rs. 2000/year + Service Tax.Companies who r offering IP.Tata indicomMTNLReliance BroadnetSify (Rs 5000* + Tax)I personally think that BSNL should think about every kind of customer. Bsnl should offer each kind of service like Bandwidth on Demand, Static IP, Unlimited Plan in Both Home & Business segment. Bsnl should make Internet speed at 1:1 ratio like MTNL & Tata Indicom.Rightnow BSNL is offering Upload speed 4 times lower then download SPEED.Well, I am planning to swtich to Tata Indicom becuase they are offering 256 (UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD kbps) Unlimited with 1 free Static IPfor Just Rs 1200 + Service Tax.WELL BYE BYE BSNL : :p

Companies who r offering IP.

Tata indicom
MTNL
Reliance Broadnet
Sify (Rs 5000* + Tax)
[/b]

They are not offering ADSL, that's why. With ADSL, which BSNL provides, you will get upload speed lesser than your download speed.

And guess wat .. the sify person in my area is even propaganding tat they r giving a static ip. but its the local LAN ip wat they r saying about. Wen will they learn such basic things.. i donno...
