Videocon d2h+ DTH: Problem changing channels through remote or STB

Has anybody come across following problem?I am using D2H for last 1.5 months. It was working perfect. But since few days I found one problem. After some time, STB refuses to allow to change channels. Both remote and STB buttons don't work. Seems like STB has hanged. If I switch off and restart the STB, then all works fine again. I have faced this problem intermittently. What can be the problem? Any clue?
 
Yes.. i am facing same problem. I am also using D2H for last 1.5 months. Call CC/ mail to CC with your problem.Today they have changed my smart card with hardware. :hysterical:I think it was stb hardware problem.dont worry, they can solve the problem the service of D2H is very best. 😀RegardsAK
 
just prove it that i am facing problem contin... after that they will change it in just 1 day.just do it aeap. because the warrenty period is 1 year.
