sadly there are few options when it comes to unlocked cdma mobile phones available in the market. i still repent paying Rs. 10K for Nokia 6275 2 years ago.

corby met i using which gives me decent bettry life but i don't know about CDMA.I seen Ad about it that its gives you Net serfing at 2.4MB/ps and it look same like normal classic Corby only..

BlackBerry 8830 for 8K, good battery backup, good screen with good OS,only no camera.GSM sim card can be used, plus can be programed for Reliance CDMA

you can check on rimweb that hitesh is selling some good cdma phones.other option is LG 510. this is an cdma open market handset.
