Airtel DTH - Newly added channels not coming for existing customers

I took ADTH connection yearly south value package in july2009, at that time there was no "makkal TV" in the ADTH, now they have added the makkal tv in the normal south value pack itself by default. and it is not coming for me. if i ask them they are saying.... you are in old package, you have to add top-up to get those channels... I didnt see any major different in the monthly charges for old and new customers.... now how can i move to the new package which has all the new channells added by default... Even the recent free radio FM channels are not coming for me .... 😉 thx.
 
Yes.. Its correct. every package has unique id and it differs from existing pack even though same price and package. Try to contact your region nodal officers and get more info,. for the same.
