I need the services of someone who is excellent at soldering. I have a ps2 and I need to solder a couple of things to it (including a laser voltage fix to protect my laser). The thing is that I want someone who will do a quality and clean job. Please recommend someone in the whereabouts of South Delhi if you know someone who fits the bill (i.e. no amateurs!). How about this: Which would be better:
[*] A good electrician (someone who repairs TVs and VCRs and is good at soldering) but will almost surely have never opened or repaired a ps2.
[*] One of these palika type dudes, who though may have opened 100s of ps2s, do a sloppy job soldering (i.e. laying the wires and such) and are always in a hurry. (and also, I doubt any of them have particularly installed the kind of laser fix chip I want to install).
