URGENT HELP about dead UT300R2U

Sorry guyss for creating new thread.But the matter is very srus.I have UT300R2U modemi tried to update f/w but it got dead.now power led doesnt glow and instead DSL led is continuously glowing.pc can detect modem but cannot connect it.I have firmware.... tell me how to flash it..I tried to ping 192.168.1.1fail....what to do??Please Help me guys.... will phoenix work????

If you have some details of this unit , whether old or new modelmay be you can try a Firmware update via command option.The FW is for beetel 220Bx @ similar to new Ut300r2U NO Advanced Options port triggering virtual server .No idea about PhoneixWhy not try to exchange at Bsnl/this will be one "DUD" unit out of 100's?have you allotted manually Ip in network for the modem ?
