Use Wengophone. It supports video chat too and has both Linux and Win versions. Also you can try Netmeeting . Coz AFAIK the Linux version of that known as 'Ekiga' supports video chat , never saw the windows' netmeeting though.

Hi,I am planing to buy this Wengophone. I am using Ubuntu 6.10 and it comes installed in the same. The version is 0.99But on the wengophone website there is an advanced version called 2.0Please let me know which version has PC to Phone service, if both versions support then whats the difference & what are the extra features in version 2.0.I am talking of Linux versions. Also if I buy the stuff, can my account be used with windows client? And how is the service quality!!
