I gave the application for the change of the triband plan on 26 of the last month.Can i expect the change from the 1st of the next month that is from tomorrow or from today night so can i start downloading from today night itself.Pls help.Also want to make how to make full use of the plan.Should i start the download right at night and which is best tools for mass download like torrents,ftp server or http downloads.And which types of files r illegal to download.

Every new enuf knows at least whats illegal and what's not only if he is above 18.Man i am Hollywood movie fan say to me come on Hubmeister it's totally madness to redownload X3 by maven again although you have realmeadia recode by ZN 😛

net guru: You'll have to pester MTNL for the plan change. If you gave the application last month, the change should already have been instituted. I had a similar problem and it took a lot of running around to get it done. Here's a How To, if you're pissed off and want the plan change done immediately:
1. Call up 1504 and register a complaint about no change of plan in spite of an application having been given. Listen to the excuses and take the email address of the SDE from the useless fool at 1504 and mail in your complaint. In my case, I'm frm Delhi, the email address was sdevas@bol.net.in
2. Send an email to the MTNL helpdesk informing them of when you had given the application and requesting that the plan be changed asap. In my case, the mail was sent to helpdesk.delhi@bol.net.in
3. If the need arises, visit your local exchange and talk to the person in charge.
Remember to seem terribly hassled at all times (even in the mail), but not pissed off. 😀
