3g internet connects, IP assings but no Internet!

I am using a Idea 3g sim for data usage. if I use USSD *125# , it shows Rs249 plan(1GB) is active. but, I cannot browse or do anything.
is this a problem with the tower connecting internet here? where do I complain about this?

maybe the dns server isnt working, try pinging google's primary dns server 8.8.8.8

this happens to me when i have consumed all the data. i am on prepaid though.

He should try deleting the existing APN settings & reconfigure manually & then contact the Idea tech support if the issue persists
