3G connection as broadband backup and while travel to UP

Hi All,I am in Delhi/NCR and looking for cheap 3G connection which I can use as backup when I am not at home and when going to my home town in UP. I have seen Aircel is having pretty good plan but someone told me they dont have 3G service in Delhi/NCR.Please suggest what would be the best option.Thanks,Neeraj
 
No aircel here. I'd say go with !DEA. MTNL/BSNL too have worked well for me.
