What's the maximum time a telecom company gets to attend to a complaint lodged by its user?I'd seen a regulation fixed by TRAI on this but can't remember the exact number of working days.The reason why I'm asking is because I had lodged an online complaint with MTNL (landline) on last Friday but still my complaint has not been acknowledged.
