Hello,I am trying to set up the Linksys WRT54G2 (black spaceship looking) router with my BSNL modem(WA3002g4). I know that the BSNL modem has built in wi-fi ability but I need to the Linksys router for better range, over the house. Could someone please help or guide me in setting up the Linksys WRT54G2 router with my bsnl WA3002g4 modem? I have the BSNL modem currently in pppoe mode(no need to dial up) and the wifi is on as well, but with limited range, its giving me issues...Help would be appreciatedThanksharry

could someone please guide me in the right direction? much thanks..

ok ! now i consider you have ip 192.168.1.xx assigned by your DSL router ..Now its easyget a lan wire and connect its one end to one of the 4 lan port of your DSL modem .. now the other end will be connected to WAN PORT ( Blue/Internet port ) of Linksys RouterBefore doing this you have to configure your linsys router to static ip mode SettingsIP: 192.168.1.100Subnet :255.255.255.0Def Gateway : 192.168.1.1static DNS : 192.168.1.1Walah ! you are done !
