MTS: Why no postpaid launched (except Rajasthan)?

Hello all, Any idea as to why MTS has not launched postpaid yet in its recently launched 7 new circles - TN, Kerala, WB, Kolkata, Karnataka, Delhi, Bihar & Jharkhand. By default postpaid seems to be available only in Rajasthan due to migration of branding from rainbow to MTS. (Rajasthan operations has been around a decade (10 yrs) so far, other new circle operations are around few days-6 months old).On the contrary relianceGSM recent launches too arrived on prepaid but was too quick in offering postpaid as well. TATA docomo took very less time to make available postpaid & prepaid services. MTS seems to be taking much more time to make post paid available in the market, looks like they arent yet ready with their billing, bill printings - despatch, collections, post paid customer care and so on, to make post pay avbl. :wall:Also MTS national roaming does not look attractive...Your comments pls....Cheers .. What do you mean MTS national romaing is not attractive?Also yeah - I am also wondering why they don't have postpaid outside of Rajasthan!

mts probably got tied with tata indicom for roaming
