BSNL EVDO: Increase in Tariff , I DON'T CARE, why? please read

yesterday i got the notice that my ul connection rent is increased from rs550 to 650 ,initially i thought of unsubscribing my connection but yesterday i was actually able to download files from rapid share ,mega upload and other file sharing networks(as a free user). so i checked my ip on whatismyipadress.com disconnected and reconnected and checked again i did this more than ten timesNOW ALL MY FELLOW EVDO USERS WE HAVE DYNAMIC IP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
