Does BSNL have NTP server running? If so you can match your time with their server's time.

@harishsangwan
to check your account. Go through recent threads here.
Dataone Quick Usage Finder has a scheduler for NU.

If you can use this program please report result/s here.

If your IP is 117.xx.xx.xxx You MUST get a New ID/password from BSNL ( by email or by contacting CC 1800 424 1600 for checking your usage.
Be on the safe side and start download late by 5 or 10 minutes ( say 0205 0r 0210)
after adjusting your computer time. to Internet time.
I am suggesting to Sunish the programmer , to modify the program, to show Time of checking also ( either our computer clock time or if possible Dataone server time )

In the meantime this free program is helpful to keep a track of your usage.

both the server times " 0.asia.pool.ntp.org "....nd " time-a.nist.gov "....match each other second to second....so ther's no decidin between em...choose any of em...>>>

>>> click internet time tab...
>>> copy the server link frm here...
>>> paste it after Server:____________________....
>>> click update now...

2. Now Change your time in your computer to
same with whatever error
BSNL clock has.

3.For instance you can compare IBF time
and your computer time. Sometimes
IBF (this forum) time can be ahead
+ min or lagging i-mins.

4. Or when you chat in YM.
Is it time
