Base Tariff of 50P/M for Local, Rs1/M for STD on recharge of 199

Yesterday, I saw some posters displaying that if one recharge with Rs. 199, tariff will change to 50 Paise per minute for Local, and Rs 1 per minute for STD. And this will be base tariff and doesnt require any further STV recharge.Has someone details??? Any hidden charges?? Do conditions apply??
 
If you are talking of GSM, I got the same tariff plus 750 Free SMS(1st three charged) per day for STV of Rs.31. I guess the STV tariff differs from circle to circle. This Rs.199 STV is applicable to CDMA in Kerala circle.
 
No Dear.Its for GSM in Delhi. No more STV. One time 199 recharge only.

I was wrong.... its for CDMA...
 
STV 31 should give you this same tariff for GSM. Confirm from web-world before recharging.
