Phew! its a relief to know that there are others who have suffered as I have in the hands of these *&%$ards.I filed a complaint on 16th March, 2006 about the link being down and what happened afterwards is anyone'sguess. I even fired numerous emails to some Marketing Manager of theirs and still same status quo. These guys suck bigtime. However, what I would like to know is that is there any way we can make them feel 1%of the frustration that they caused to me. Is there any customer redressal forum or anything like that? has anyone been able to get a refund from them?
