I have this 256 Kb pure unlimited crap (1100 rs per month) and It doesn't work with torrents. I get 3 kb/s with torrents and 32kb/sec for http/ftp downloads.
This is gettting really irritating now, y don't you go through the forum once before saying the same things over and over again. YOUR DOWNLOAD SPEED IS CAPPED TO 64 kbps. Sify dosen't have the brains to block torrents.

Sorry abt that, i meant ur upload speed was capped to 64. Which eventually translates to slower torrents coz ur download speed is prop to ur upload speed. read the fine print
