NO. DON'T TRY. Ask any private FM radio Broadcaster to Broadcast at the times you want, on payment or free of charge.or a Satellite TV to broadcast the tape/s .
But isn't it true that untill a few years back there were a few radio stations operating in the AM band ?? and also that intially it was only the AM band that was used for broadcasting and not the FM band ??
