remote server connection failed (pppoe)

i have a DNA-A211-I modem, i configured it in pppoe mode but modem summary details shows "remote server connection failed" and i could not get default gateway in modem summary i am verry confused please help me🙁

use Opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222

TRY "Always On" PPP/PPPoE UserId
( without @ bsnl.in) & PW entered in modem.

Check your settings.

START RUN type cmd OK
new window type
ipconfig /all

Get connected.
