Service currently scrambled messages coming contineously... any solution??

Iam getting E17-13 service is currently scrambled message in almost all channnes in SUN DIRECT DTH? Could you kindly help any body in resloving this?
 
I already called many times they said that refreshed the sim card. But eventhigh iam getting same error
 
Do factory reset.Do manual scan.If it not works customer care is the only solution.Call 1800 200 7575 toll free no. or 044 39407575For a while keep your STB in on or stand by mode,sometimes these problems are automatically solved.
 
I have done in all possible way its not yet all working.If possible any other suggestions please give me
 


Check online the present status of your card. Some times even our basic packs have been deactivated without reason!(my friend says it was because of new rates for the basic packs) CC will tell they will refresh. But those CCs dont even first look whether our basic pack is active! So refresh wont help. If incase your basic pack is inactive keep the stb ON with Sun tv or Ktv running and activate it online. Then the problem will be solved faster.
