i dont think unlimited is near from bsnl,keeping a tab on peopels dowload is one way bsnl is keeping a tab on its bandwidth utilisation.We should keep in mind that other companies who are offering unlimited plans have a very localised service whereas bsnl is serving entire india almost every place where its exchange is.See how cell one does it has an extensive reach though the call plans mybe hey wire. Night unlimited is already there from bsnl. home 250 is an entry level plan and it is simply for the people to get a feel of broad band,bsnl itself says this home 500 being the ideal plan for home users and above tha to make it user happy bsnl gives nigh unlimi. It's not that we should not be expecting unlimi from bsnl but i feel its still a while to g😵r if a plan does come out keep your fingers crossed for it's rental.
 
i am frustuated with Dataone. i mean what i am doing these days is just frequently checking the usage page. no downloads as my quota has expired ( .4 GB)i can very well do with my odl dial up.don't expect me pay 500 /- ( its too high)
