I dont think so every unlimited plan has the FPU and I think the FPU limit as of now is 10 GB / month :wall:
 
Reliance says 10GB as unlimited it is really very funny:madness:. I'm an EX BSNL user and used to download more than 100GB per month for just Rs.500
