Wrong notification!!!!!!!!!!!!

My plan is Home 500C........yesterday night at 8:30 PM BSNL sent me a mail confirming my free limit of 1.5 GB is over for the month of February........but i am sure that i have 300MB more usage remaining........but i m not use net after receiving that mail.........today i see my usage is 1289 MB, which is much lesser than 1.5 GB.........& all the usage are included........please anyone can explain me what BSNL want to show?????another question- is 1st March is the start of new month as per broadband usage monitoring rule.........i am a new user, so i am asking such silly question....after all its BSNL......sab kuch ho sakta hai 😉
