Share stuff in mumbai...

In apex dc++ 1.1 upwards,
Go to "File"-> "Settings"->"Sharing" and select atleast 30 GB share;
Please allow it to hash..it will take some time(from 10 mins to 1 hr)

"File"-> "Settings"->"General" and select your nick say "Rahul"(without quotes)

Then try to connect nidakhan.no-ip.biz:1209
If u dont know this, press Ctrl+F "Favorite Hubs", click on "New tab" on left down corner; Name- "Reliance Broadnet", Address- "nidakhan.no-ip.biz:1209"(without quotes)

Now connect,
then press !regme xxxxx
xxxxx- password like 12345;

Now again press ctrl+F, select Reliance Broadnet
and put ur password there;

Now u r on d move!

Why to share 30GB even it is saying 10 GB to share....

Sorry for asking this naive question but is DC++ a torrent engine? like BitTorrent? plz reply..
And cant we Rel WiMax users form a local hub like Sify has?

Download DC++ (Google it and you will get that)
Install DC++
Then Go to File -> Settings -> sharing
Add files and folder which you want to share. (It must be at least 30GB)
Then select upload slots in sharing tab only it is there. [UPLOAD SLOTS = 4 ; i recommend 6]
Then go to file, Quick connect or you can simply press Ctrl+Q and paste this nidakhan.no-ip.biz:1209

You are done.

Dude,

I would say the normal dwnloads from dedicated sites like RS , etc are better as u get the same speed & also u can dwnld at ur own time & dnt have to depend on other users to be online. most of the stuff on the hubs i hav seen is avail freely on the various sites..

but dude,
its a huge difference in download speed,
u get 5MB+/sec when downloading from other users through HUB.

but i have heared hubs re supposed to give amazing speeds as said by my friends an saurabh
