Guys...I don't know whether u ppl have ever faced this problem. I have a SQUID (Windows) proxy server in my office. There r sum users who have direct Internet access (like me) & sum who have 2 go only via Proxy. For users with direct net access, d RSS reader (from any company) works fine. But when a Proxy user tries 2 add any new RSS feed 2 d reader it gives an error saying "www.xyz.com/abc.xml does not appear to be a valid RSS feed. Please check you Proxy server IP & Port". This is d problem I face with all RSS reader s/w's & with any site being added. This problem happens in spite of d fact tht none of RSS feeds get blocked at Proxy server & even d RSS reader is set with d Proxy settings. 2 complicate d problems further, those sites which by default cum added with d RSS reader s/w work fine w/o any problems.Wud b grateful if sum1 has any solution 2 this problem. I already did a lot of googling but never came out with a workarnd.Thnx in advance. 😀 😀

Comeon u techie ppl...plz help me out.. 🙁

no buddy....windows based...www.feedreader.com. D only workaround 2 my problem tht I have found is tht I give users direct net access bypassing d Proxy when they need 2 add any new fees. 1ce new adds r added, I again set them 2 go via Proxy. But this procedure has bcum a big headache 4 me.
