VOIP not registering in Hathway though all ports open

Any one idea why VOIP is not registering (it fails with both Cisco pap2 & in x-lite software) in hathway broadband though they claim no ports are blocked & same configuration voip works in VSNL broadband. I did test with testyourvoip.com with boston location it fails stating ports may have be blocked (same result when asked to do this test at their DC), suprisingly test for london passed. Tech Support is real dump and still claim all ports are opened. Then why I'm facing this problem? anyone was success with vonage or other voip?

Thanks for the info as mentioned it works with my vsnl broadband & not working with hathway. Let be spwcific I want to make Gizmo5 4.x to work, but when configured in pap2 or x-lite softphone it fails to register, also I found thru windows gizmo5 application login is fine but I cannot dial and it says invalid argument also the typing combo box is greyed. but with same setup everything works fine with vsnl BB "Mention modem/make model/VOIP provider etc "modem Cisco scientific atlanta, router Netgear (I've set DMZ to pap2 device), gizmoproject voip, pap2 or x-lite softphone (Modem-router-pap2 & PC)
