Manager of Airtel Operations

Does anyone have the email id/phone number of the manager of airtel operations in new delhi. Apparently, airtel is just a block away from my area but they won't come any more closer. I wanted to speak with the manager if anyone has that information. Apparently, I'm just about pissed off with hathway and sify. Hathway is actually good, provided their DNS servers don't shut off so often. Hope I can get this connection asap. 🙂
