Speeds decreased on Sify

Apparently I ( and many others here maybe) have been getting 128 kbps on my 64 kbps connection for last 20-25 days.............now its back to 64 kbps..........anybody else
 
i m getting the speed of 128 on my 64kbps connection from the time i have joined sify.no prob yet from sify for speed
 
For mr its back to 64 kbps.......I hate it...planning to switch to Airtel
 
i have been getting speeds of 30-32 kbps consistently. in fact its never dropped below that. only complaint i have against sify is the frequent request timed outs lately.
 
U r on 256 kbps pack.........only prom i have with this pack that speeds fluctuate a lot if u do not use a download manager....so u cannot view/listen to streaming media
 
Im on 256k but I hardly get 60-70kbps in peak hours during daytime. NU rocks, giving me a dl speed of 29 to 31 kBps.
