was wondering the same...if it does, am installing the same...last time when i used it, it just gave free PC-to-PC...so am not using it anymore...

Well, I just checked, and apparently that feature is not free. You need to use the SkypeOut service and purchase Skype credit to make PC-to-phone calls :

yeah...checked that...is there any way to call USA/Canada for free, over the internet, to landline/mobile phones???i can invest for the hardware 😀
 
Well i don't know of anyone in the US who does not have a broadband connection....so give skype a thought. Or else one can purchase an internet compatible phone, which can be used just like a normal cordless phone but connects to internet programs like skype....purchase one and ask your relatives or friends to also purchase one and talk to your hearts content....in the long run works out cheaper.
 
this trick works 😛 btw theres some adcall but i had no success using its shitty dialer :-/ Voipbuster takes one time 10 euro and gives unlimited callllllls .
