earlier i used to have 512kbps plan from mtnl.so i got download speeds of 55-60kBps but with data transfer limit of only 1 GB.i wanted to change the plan and changed it to 949 unlimited.i still got yhe download speeds of 55-60 kbps but i shoul have got speeds of 25-30kBps.i was very hapy with this but after 5-6 weeks they degraded my speed to only 256kbps(25-30kbps).i inquired about it and i came to know that mtnl guys check the speeds of all their ultd plans after 30-40 days.you r lucky that u were gettin good speeds fo 2 months .i got it for 1 month only.TO blackper
