Looks like they spent a bomb in getting this advert done. Though its touche, it gets the message across.
 
I thought it was hilarious. Nice to see ads with a bit of punch like that.Hey, either they let you know at the door what they expect or you can get racially abused by their customers.Which would you prefer ?

Heh..this is for a call center....they are always getting abused...maybe (heh) if the companies (that hired them), did a better job in the first place.....nahThe future is bright, the fututre is SIFY
 
Every job has its share of s**t. In Call center, you can move to team lead/floor manage/exec once you have endured agent's job for a couple of years.

hehe.. one of thereasons why CC sucks. Customer Care agents know nothing about the thing they support. Only think that they know is how to talk.
