No DC Since 2 Months..

and what about the 10 GB per month data transfer limit?? AFAIK, there is no unlimited plan with 1Mbps speed from BSNL.

After 10 GB data transfer, each MB costs Rs. 0.80 so as per your data transfer your bill for 2 months should be :

Total Data Transfer =288.19 GB
Data Tranfer Limit/Month= 10 GB x 2 =20 GB
Billed Data Tranfer for 2 months= 288.19 - 20 = 268.19 GB

(268.19 x 1024)MB x 0.80 = Rs.2,19,701 only for 2 months


Now if u r ready to pay BSNL that much money then u more than deserve to get the rare "2-months-wihout-a-disconnect" service that u say that u r getting.

You can download 100 MB in 15 mins with 1Mbps connection...So even if you have utilised all of you night unlimited time (theoritically speaking)then it should come upto 30 days * 6 hours----> 70 GB approx70 + 10 your monthly quota = 80 GBfor 2 months = 160 GBBut you claim to have downloaded/uploaded 288GB??? IMPOSSIBLECheck your bill I think you are gonna get whacked!!!Wish that your download monitor is showing some wrong info or else your broadband bill could alone come upto.....CONGRATULATIONS!!! ONLY Rs.105013.248And with taxes it can go wooopppaaa...Oh plz do reply when you get your bill... If possible post us a copy in jpeg format. We could even keep your bill as an exhibit in our forum. LOL

he is talking abt 1 MBPS connection. so download speed is 128 kbps.(1024/8)may be true. some connections has loop hole. but who know abt fundamentals of network and who did study, can get good speed . actually i saw above 100 kbps download speed and 200 kbps upload speed(who has 128 kbps net). but req. good knowledge of technology.but very rare. i tried tweaks, but in real sense it not works. bsnl is good, but i challenge u that if reliance have to win comp, they have to give cheaper rates and high speed.now a days, airtel and bsnl is hot fav. To win comp. : Better speed,low price,better customer services,innovative services(tv,radio,p2p,games etc.)who r from gujarat?
