280ms ping to Singapore servers

I've been getting 280-300ms ping to Singapore servers over the past month, both via Speedtest and an online game I play (Dead by Daylight). I get around 130ms ping to Germany, and 240ms ping to US. Everything tested over an Ethernet connection at multiple times of day, over multiple devices. I had normal 70-90ms pings to Singapore upto a month ago. Tried making ION support understand the issue but they are all braindead and keep claiming that they have no control over it. I keep trying to tell them that something about their routing is messed up but it's like talking to a stupid stone wall. Can anyone please help? I'm seriously considering switching to another ISP, I'm tired of dealing with stubborn idiots.
