I have lodged compliant with BSNL .. as i was noticing noise in line .... they called up ... said will come down by 4 pm today... and vanished ..😡

i called cc at 2pm and the person was at my door at 3.30pm but then the awkward situation that net did not dc in front of hm. he said all is okay here and he will again check at exchange.
