I dont use DEN but DigiCable in Kolkata and i pay Rs 70 per connection and i have 4 Tvs.

You should get hold of the customer support guy then.... it works well on 29inch. It may be a technical issue.

in lucknow here, i have been unable to get any reception thru all 3 stbs at my place for almost two weeks now... direct cable seems to be working alright even though with a little disturbance... the cable guy says there is network problem... can anyone here using the same report similarities...

Guys,

I want to watch the den cable on my computer using a dvb-c card. Has anybody tried it? I have two key questions:

1. Does the stb display the boxid anyhwhere in the setup? Somebody was talking about signal quality page on the stb, is the boxid displayed there?
2. I understand the encryption system is NDS. But is it NDS3 like Sky Italy.
