I am BSNL BROADBAND user , last few days I have faceing a problame in broadband disconnected. fixt time of disconnection ( 10:00 AM , 2:00 PM & also 8:00PM) half n hour to one hour disconnected . My os is win98se. I fiend a virus through scan (virus name "sms.exe"), after scan my machine format , but no result. now scan to find a spam Hijakar browser. when anti virus auto update then automatic disconnected my net. I ping to BSNL defult getway request time out . BSNL officer come with laptop, there laptop connected but my machine not connected. machine to ping ADSL request time out. I don't understand this problame ( onboard lan , ADSL router, swich & lancable problame ) .
please help me how to solv this problame.
