256 Kbps Vs. 256 Kbps Unlimited

hi guys i read one post and the link is -

i am said i am getting 60 KBPS download speed. but tom123 says 75KBPS. so i think that is the big difference is unlimited tarrif.

hmmm.....512kbps conn should be giving no more than 64kBps, so if he's getting 75kBps then he's one those lucky guys who are getting higher speeds.frm my point of view 60kBps is quite reasonable.
