connect between two airtel users

can anyone tell me what is the file transfer speed between two airtel users and can they interconnect to play games like CS etc like we normally do on LAN ..or i read abt people setting up DC++ hubs ...whats the transfer rate over there and can everyone connect to the hub ..??

If users are on unlimited plan then they could benefit from interconnect, and they should get nearly full bandwidth (e.g. 256 kbps for 900 something plan).
