Connecting wireless router

I am trying to set up a wireless router for use with Tata Indicom 512KB surf3000 plan. Not sure how to do it. All they have given is a router which has one out put port. I have a Linksys wireless router which I would like to set up., Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I want to connect a VOIP phone(www.sunrocket.com) to this broadband connection. How do it get that to work?

Please advise. I am so frusturated with this whole thing trying to set up everything without any help from tata indicom
