Mysterious Account in Airtel Self Care Portal

Hi,

I use Airtel's Selfcare portal to see my Voice and DSL account details. I also have my mobile number tied to the self care login. So, when I login to airtel's selfcare portal I get Mobile, Voice and DSL accounts listed in Account information Page. Since last Friday I am seeing one mysterious account added to my profile. this new account's A/C No is same my Telephone/DSL account number. the 'Airtel Number' filed for this new account is shown as : PD::XXXXXXX.0 (XXXXXXX is a 7 digit numberic number. yes, you read it correctly. the number has two :'s in it.). Service for this account is shown as DSL.

So, I called up Airtel DSL customer care. they don't know what it is. they asked me to wait for a day or two for their call back about this issue. Stupid customer Care, they don't know what is happening in their customer's account.

Any one on this forum seeing the same info in their selfcare portal and know what this stands for?
